Some days even getting those 20 minute workout videos in is hard to do. Something I have found that works well for me is to watch and do a video multiple times, then write down key phrases from it. Then I can grab the paper and do the workout in much less time than the video with all that talking takes to do.
I've got the Windsor Pilates Videos on VHS if any of you want to borrow them to apply this tip to ;)
